Reporting Requirements <br /> <br />The permittee shall report ammally to the TCEQ Regional Office (MC Region 11) and Water Quality Compliance Monitoring <br />Team (MC 224) of the Enforcement Division by September 1 of each year the following information: <br /> <br />L Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) results. <br /> <br />2. Annual sludge production in dry tons/year. <br /> <br />3. Amount of sludge disposed in a municipal solid waste landfill in dry tons/year. <br /> <br />4. Amount of sludge transported interstate in dry tons/year. <br /> <br />5. A certification that the sewage sludge meets the requirements of30 TAC Chapter 330 concerning the quality of the <br />sludge disposed in a municipal solid waste landfill. <br /> <br />6. Identity ofhauler(s) and transporter registration number. <br /> <br />7. Owner of disposal site(s). <br />8. Location of disposal site(s). <br /> <br />9. Date( s) of disposal. <br /> <br />The above records shall be maintained on-site on a monthly basis and shall be made available to the Texas Commission <br />on Environmental Quality upon request. <br /> <br />Page 22 <br />
