CR W A shall act as the contracting entity on behalf of the Parties and shall contract with the Consultant for the performance of the Interim Activities Stllily. The Parties agree and acknowledge that each will pay its pro-rata share of costs (the "Financial Contribution") associated with the Interim Activities preparation of Phase 1 of the Study.
