Study, and CRW A shall provide an Attachment "B-2" depicting the Phase 2 cost- sharing percentages to all of the Parties. The Parties agree that separate approval of the Parties' governing bodies will not be needed for a cost increase of 10% or less. E. In the event that all additional governmental entity or water supplier wishes to participate in one or more phases of the Study, CRW A shall, upon receipt of a letter from that entity agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement, add that new Party to Attachment "B-1" or Attachment "B-2" as appropriate, and adjust the percentages of the other Parties for those phases of the Study, decreasing the cost share of the other Parties. F. CRW A shall pay to the Consultant such fees incurred and billed within the scope of work which are approved for payment by the Study Committee described below. 1.4 Study Implementation. A. Each Party shall designate in writing to CR W A a person to serve as its representative tor purposes of this agreement and the conduct of the Study. A Party shall give written notice to CRW A of any change in its designated representative. B. The Parties shall create and maintain a Study Committee made up of representatives of each five of the Parties, selected by the representatives of all of the Parties. The Study Committee shall coordinate and implement the various aspects of the Study through CRWA. To the extent allowed by law, the respective governing body of each Party hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Study Committee shall have necessary authority to carryon the day-to-day Study implementation, with periodic reports to be made to each Party.
