<br />the Project. <br /> <br />1.6.2 Assist the City in documenting compliance with all federal and state requirements related <br />to equal employment opportunity, minimum wage and overtime pay, as required under the <br />Program. <br /> <br />1.6.3 If required, provide assistance to or act as local labor standards officer. Notify TDHCA <br />in writing ofthe name, address, and telephone number ofthe appointed officer. <br /> <br />1.6.4 Ifrequired, request wage rates from TDHCA and make ten-day call to the TDHCA. <br /> <br />1.6.5 Verify construction contractor eligibility with TDHCA. <br /> <br />1.6.6 Submit any reports of additional classifications and rates to TDHCA. <br /> <br />1.6.7 Issue Start of Construction Notice to TDHCA. <br /> <br />1.6.8 If required, review weekly payrolls, including compliance follow-ups and conduct <br />employee interviews. <br /> <br />1.6.9 Ifrequired, obtain final Wage Compliance Report if required and submit to TDHCA. <br /> <br />1.6.10 Assist the City as requested in the issuance of addenda (if any) following City's prior <br />approval. <br /> <br />1.6.11 Assist the City in conducting a pre-bid conference and answer all questions of <br />prospective or potential bidders and City's staff and make all necessary clarifications and <br />interpretations ofthe construction contract documents. <br /> <br />1.6.12 Assist the City in tabulating bids, preparing bid tabulation forms, and in awarding the <br />contract for construction following the City's approval of the construction contract documents <br />and ofthe latest detailed final cost estimate ofthe Project. <br /> <br />1.6.13 Assist the City in reviewing all documents required to be submitted with the bids. <br /> <br />1.6.14 Make a written recommendation to the City regarding award of bid. <br /> <br />1.6.15 Have no authority to issue a Notice to Proceed to any Contractor. <br /> <br />1.6.16 Assist the City in conducting a pre-construction conference and prepare minutes as <br />required. <br /> <br />1.6.17 Administer the construction services as set forth in the City's construction contract <br />documents. The Consultant will not pursue a course of conduct that might jeopardize any of the <br />City's rights under those documents.
