The owner and any agent of the owner shall be legally responsible <br />for directly or indirectly allowing, permitting, causing, or failing to prohibit <br />residential use of a dwelling in this district by more than two unrelated individuals. <br /> <br />( 4) Storage buildings not larger than 10 feet by 12 feet. <br /> <br />(5) Group home. <br /> <br />Sec. 114.230. Specific uses. <br /> <br />In accordance with article 6 of this chapter, specific uses in the DPR-l two-family dwelling <br />district are as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Church. <br /> <br />(2) Home occupation. <br /> <br />(3) Common facilities as the principal use of 1 or more platted lots in a subdivision. <br /> <br />Sec. 114.231. Area, building and height requirements. <br /> <br />In the DPR-l two-family dwelling district, area, building and height requirements are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(l) Minimum lot area: <br /> <br />a. Duplex, duplex condominium: 11,000 square feet. <br /> <br />b. All other uses: 6,000 square feet. <br /> <br />c. No DPR-l development shall exceed a density of 6 dwelling units per <br />gross acre. <br /> <br />(2) Minimum lot frontage: <br /> <br />a. Single-family detached, group home, two-unit townhouses: 35 feet per lot. <br /> <br />b. All other uses: 60 feet per lot. <br /> <br />(3) Minimum lot width: <br /> <br />a.
