DPR-2 TWO-FAMILY RESTRICTED DWELLING DISTRICT <br />(MEDIUM DENSITY) <br /> <br />Sec. 114.232. Permitted uses. <br /> <br />The uses permitted in the DPR-2 two-family restricted dwelling district are as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Single-family detached dwelling, subject to the restrictions of section 114.181 (1). <br /> <br />(2) Two-unit townhouse, subject to the restrictions of Section 114.241 (1). <br /> <br />(3) Duplex, duplex condominiums, limited to occupancy by a family having no more <br />than two individuals who are unrelated by blood, legal adoption, marriage, or <br />conservatorship.
