<br />(4) Storage buildings not larger than 10 feet by 12 feet. <br /> <br />(5) Group home. <br /> <br />Sec. 114.233. Specific uses. <br /> <br />In accordance with article 6 of this chapter, specific uses in the DPR-2 two-family dwelling <br />district are as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Church. <br /> <br />(2) Home occupation. <br /> <br />(3) Common facilities as the principal use of 1 or more platted lots in a subdivision. <br /> <br />Sec. 114.234. Area, building and height requirements. <br /> <br />In the DPR-2 two-family dwelling district, area, building and height requirements are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(1) Minimum lot area: <br /> <br />a. Internal, duplex or duplex condominium: 5,400 square feet. <br /> <br />b. Internal, all other uses: 4,500 square feet. <br /> <br />c. Corner, duplex or duplex condominium: 6,750 square feet. <br /> <br />d. Corner, all other uses: 5,400 square feet. <br /> <br />e. No DPR-2 development shall exceed a density of 9 dwelling units per <br />gross acre. <br /> <br />(2) Minimum lot frontage: <br /> <br />a. Single-family detached dwelling, group home, two-unit townhouse: 35 feet <br />per lot. <br /> <br />b. All other uses: 40 feet per lot. <br /> <br />(3) Minimum lot width: <br /> <br />a.
