Addresses. All references in the Lease to Landlord's address shall be <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Landlord's address for payment of Rent: c/o Corrigan Real Estate <br />Services, 4311 Oak Lawn, Suite 400, Dallas, Texas 75219, and Landlord's <br />address for notices: c/o GE Capital Realty Group, Inc., 16479 Dallas Parkway, <br />Suite 600, Two Bent Tree Tower, Addison, Texas 75001-2512, Attention: Asset <br />Management and Legal Department (Fenway/Sequin 5), with a copy to Corrigan <br />Real Estate Services, 4311 Oak Lawn, Dallas, Texas 75219." <br /> <br />6. Limitation on Liability. Paragraph 26.3 of the Lease is amended by <br />adding the following to the end thereof: "Any action based upon such liabilities shall be <br />commenced within six (6) months following the date of any assignment of this Lease by <br />Landlord and no such action shall be brought thereafter." <br /> <br />7. <br />follows: <br /> <br />Waiver of Jury Trial. A new Paragraph 26.19 is added to the Lease as <br /> <br />"26.19. LANDLORD AND TENANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY, <br />VOLUNT ARIL Y AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL <br />BY JURY IN RESPECT OF ANY LITIGATION BASED HEREON, ARISING <br />OUT OF, UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LEASE, AS THE SAME <br />MAY BE AMENDED, OR ANY DOCUMENTS CONTEMPLATED TO BE <br />EXECUTED IN CONNECTION HEREWITH OR ANY COURSE OF <br />CONDUCT, COURSE OF DEALINGS, STATEMENTS (WHETHER ORAL <br />OR WRITTEN) OR ACTIONS OF EITHER PARTY ARISING OUT OF OR <br />RELATED IN ANY MANNER WITH THE PREMISES (INCLUDING <br />WITHOUT LIMIT A TION, ANY ACTION TO RESCIND OR CANCEL THIS <br />LEASE, OR ANY CLAIMS OR DEFENSES ASSERTING THAT THIS LEASE <br />WAS FRAUDULENTLY INDUCED OR IS OTHERWISE VOID OR <br />VOIDABLE). THIS WAIVER IS A MATERIAL INDUCEMENT FOR <br />LANDLORD TO ENTER AND ACCEPT THIS LEASE." <br /> <br />8. Termination.
