<br />e. Ensure the training area(s) provided by SMPD to Gary Job Corps Corrections <br />training program are kept neat and clean and good repair. Any and all <br />maintenance issues in the normal course of training will be reported to SMPD <br />training staff immediately by Gary Job Corps training staff. <br /> <br />f. Gary Job Corps will ensure the eligibility of each trai nee to receive this type of <br />training prior the training taking place. <br /> <br />g. Prohibit the trainees, faculty, or staff members from publishing any materials <br />developed as result of the experience at SMPD that have not been approved for <br />release, in writing by SMPD and Gary Job Corps Center combined. <br /> <br />10. It is agreed that this written statement embodies the entire agreement of the parties <br />regarding this affiliation, and no other agreement exist between the parties except as here <br />in expressly set forth. <br /> <br />II. The San Marcos Police Department will have possession of said property, as identified in <br />the agreement, as long as the Department of Labor has possession and as long as Gary <br />Job Corps students have use of the range as described in this document. <br /> <br />12.
