<br />40. <br /> <br />CAPITAL AREA PLANNING COUNCIL <br />INTERLOCAL CONTRACT FOR <br />FY2002 SOLID WASTE EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES <br /> <br />The Capital Area Planning Council (hereafter, CAPCO) and the agreeing party (hereafter, <br />SUBCONTRACTOR) each certifies that it has authority to perform this Contract under Chapter <br />391 of the Local Government Code, and Chapter 361 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> <br />This Solid Waste Interlocal Contract is entered into by and between the parties named <br />below. Neither the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) nor the <br />State of Texas is a party to this a~reement. <br /> <br />I.
