Trustee to <br />Chester Wine et al dated July 1. 1986 and recorded in Volume 610, page 262 of the Hays <br />County Real Propeny Records. and being more panicularly described by metes and bound as <br />follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod found in concrete for the occupied northeast line of the that tract <br />described as 9.5 acres in a deed from Andrew Gary, Substirute Trustee to the Estate of John Cox <br />dated July 6, 1990 and recorded in Volume 836, Page 295 of the Hays County Official Public <br />Records, for the west comer of Ridgewood Street (a roadway of varying width shown on the <br />plat of Tarod Philip Townhomes, Section 1) and the south comer of Witte remaining portion; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving Ridgewood Street and the PLACE OF BEGINNING with the common <br />occupied southwest line of the Wine remaining ponion and the northeast line of the John Cox <br />9.5 acre tract, as shown on that plat numbered 24396-98-c dated May 27, 1998 as prepared for <br />CalTex Holdings, Inc. by Bym & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas, as fenced and used <br />upon the ground, the following three courses: <br /> <br />1.
