Block I, Hughson Heights with the nonheast line of the Wine remai.ning ponion and the southeast line of the Johnson 8 acre tract, as fenced and used upon the ground, S 460 46' 51" E 520.17 feet to a 5/8" iron rod found in concrete for the common west comer of the Witte remaining portion and the north comer of Ridgewood Street, as shown on the plat of Tarod Philip Townhomes Section 1; THENCE leaving the Johnson 8 acre tract with the COIT'JTIon nonhwest line of the Ridgewood Street and the southeast line of the Witte remaining ponion, S 430 15' 14" W 594.42 to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, pass on this course at 199.99 feet a 112" iron rod found for the east comer of Lot 39, Tarod Philip Townhomes, Section 1, pass at 225.00 feet a lf2" iron rod found for the common south comer of Lot 39 and the east comer of Lot 40, pass at 250.00 feet a 112" iron rod found for the south comer of Lot 40, Tarod Philip Townhomes, Section 1. There are contained within these metes and bounds 7.19 acres, more or less, of land area as prepared from public records and a survey made on the ground on May 28, 1998 by Bym & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas.
