TEXAS 78666 512-353-7444 T-HANGAR #1 FIELD NOTES These field notes describe a parcel of land containing 15,500 square feet at the San Marcos Airport that lies within that 1378.3381 acre San Marcos Airport tract out of the William Pettus Two League Grant, Caldwell County. Texas_ The 1378.3381 acre tract is shown on that plat dated 12 September 1989 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor. This 15,500 square foot parcel is shown on a plat dated 25 March 2002 by Charles R. Swart. Surveyor, and is described by metes and bounds in the following paragraphs. Each aluminum capped iron witness monument noted is a 5/8 inch diameter iron bar. 24 inches long, 'Mth a two inch diameter aluminum cap marlced SAN MARCOS AIRPORT 2002 (No.) W.C. XUI 2 FT OFFSET CHARLES R. SWART SURVEYOR and with the point number shown Of! the plat and cited herein. Bearings are based on the center fine bearing of State Highway No. 21 as shown on the right of way map dated March 1937. as the center line was found marlced on the ground between stations 129 + 53 and 158 + 10. The point cited herein as the West Reference Point (point SO) is a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole near the west end of the concrete parlcing ramp, and 9.5 feet nOfth of the south edge of the ramp. The point cited herein as the East Reference Point (point 51) is a 3/8 inch diameter copper tube in the concrete porlcing ramp opposite the east legs of the old control tower, and 9.5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. From the West Reference Point the East Reference Point bears Sovth 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 1505.44 feet. Beginning at the northwest comer of this parcel (point 1860), which is marlced with a 3/8 inch diameter iron spilce, from which the East Reference Point (point 51) bears North 00 degrees 01 minute 26 seconds East a distance of 55,33 feet and thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 868.45 feet. From point 1860 an aluminum capped iron witness monument (point 1880) bears North 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 2_00 feet. Thence, from the point of beginning, South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East along the north line of this parcel a distance of 6200 feet to the northeast corner of this parcel (point 1861), which is marlced with a 3/8 inch diameter iron spilce, From this point an aluminum capped iron witness monument (point 1881) bears South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 2.00 feet. Thence, from point 1861, South 00 degrees 01 minute 26 seconds West along the east line of this parcel a distance of 250.00 feet to the southwest corner of this parcel (point 1862), which is marked with a '/. inch drill hole in the concrete. From this point a '/. inch diameter drill hole (point 1882) set as a witness marlc bears South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 200 feet. Thence. from point 1862. North 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West along the south line of this parcel a distance of 62.00 feet to the southwest corner (point 1863) of this parcel, which is marlced with a '/. inch diameter drill hole in the concrete. From this point a '/. inch diameter drill hole (point 1883) set as a witness marl:: bears North 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 2.00 feet. Thence. from point 1863, North 00 degrees 01 minute 26 seconds East along the west line of this parcel a distance of 250.00 feet to the point of beginning. I, CHARLES R.
