TEl<AS 78666 512.353-7444 T-HANGAR #2 FIELD NOTES These field notes describe a parcel of land containing 13,624 square feet at the San Marcos Airport !hat lies within that 1378.3381 acre San Marcos Airport tract out of the William Pettus Two League Grant. Caldwell County. Texas. The 1378.3381 acre tract is shown on that plat dated 12 September 1989 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor. This f3,624 square foot parcel is shown on a plat dated 25 March 2OCl2 by Charles R. Swart. Surveyor. and is described by metes and bounds in the following paragraphs. Each aluminum capped iron witness monument noted is a 5/8 inch diameter iron bar. 24 inches long. with a two inch diameter aluminum cap marKed SAN MARCOS AIRPORT 2002 (No.) W_e. XLII 2 FT OFFSET CHARLES R. SWART SURVEYOR and with the point number shown on the plat and cited herein. Bearings are based on the center line bearing of State Highway No. 21 as shown on the right of way map dated March 1937. as the center line was found marKed on the ground between stations 129 + 53 and 158 + 10. The point cited herein as the West Reference Point (point 50) is a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole near the west end of the concrete parKing ramp, and 9_5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. The point cited herein as the East Reference Point (point 51) is a 3/8 inch diameter copper tube in the concrete parldng ramp opposite the east legs of the old control tower. and 9_5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. From the West Reference Point the Point Reference Marl:: bears South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 1505.44 feet. Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel (point 1864). which is marl::ed with a 3/8 inch diameter iron spiKe, from which the East Reference Point (point 51) bears North 00 degrees 01 minute 26 seconds East a distance of 55.33 feet and thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 990.45 feet. From point 1864 an aluminum capped iron witness monument (point 1884) bears North 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 2.00 feet. Thence, from the point of beginning. South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East along the north line of this parcel a distance of 5200 feet to the northeast corner of this parcel (point 1865), which is marl::ed with '/. inch diameter drill hole in the concrete. From this point a '/. inch diameter drill hole (point 1885) set as a witness marl:: bears South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 2.00 feet. Thence. from point 1865. South 00 degrees 01 minute 26 seconds West along the east line of this parcel a distance of 262.00 feet to the southwest corner of this parcel (point 1866). which is marlced with a 3/8 inch diameter iron spiKe. From this point an aluminum capped iron witness monument (point 1886) bears South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 2.00 feet. Thence. from point 1866. North 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West along the south line of this parcel a distance of 52.00 feet to the southwest corner (point 1867) of this parcel. which is marlced with a 3/8 inch diameter iron spiKe. From this paint an aluminum capped iron witness monument (point 1887) bears North 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 2.00 feet. Thence. from point 1867. North 00 degrees 01 minute 26 seconds East along the west line of this parcel a distance of 262.00 feet to the point of beginning_ I. CHARLES R.
