<br />252, Page 501 of the Hays County Deed Records, from said iron rod set an iron pipe found at the south corner of

<br />THENCE, leaving the northeast line of Farm to Market Road 2439 and the southeast line of the 2.00 acre tract with

<br />THENCE, S 45000' E, along the southwest street line of Reimer A venue, a distance of 91.00 feet to an iron pin,
<br />said iron pin marks the east corner of the parcel herein described;
<br />THENCE, S 44010' W, 164.45 feet to an iron pin;
<br />THENCE, S 46044' 40" W, a distance of 50.12 feet to an iron pin, said pin marks the south comer of the parcel
<br />herein described;
<br />THENCE, N 44033' W, along a wire fence, a distance of86.78 feet to an iron pin, said pin marks the west corner of
<br />the herein described parcel;
