<br />BEGINNING at an iron pin found, situated S 45000' 00" E; 456 feet from the east corner of Lot 1, Laurel Estates,
<br />Volume 1, Page 24, Hays County Plat Records, said iron pin is situated in the southwest R-O-W of Reimer Avenue;
<br />THENCE, with the southwest R-O-W of Reimer Avenue, S 45000'00" E; 91.00 feet to an iron pin found marking
<br />the east corner of the herein described 0.445 of an acre tract;
<br />THENCE, across the called 5.083 acre tract S 43038'00" W; 213.50 feet to an iron pin found marking the south
<br />corner of the herein described 0.445 of an acre tract situated in the southwest line of the called 5.083 acre tract;
<br />THENCE, with the fenced southwest line of the called 5.083 acre tract N 44019' 00" W; 91.00 feet to an iron pin,
<br />found marking the west corner of the herein described 0.445 of an acre tract;

<br />BEGINNING at a Yi inch iron rod found in the southwesterly R-O-W line of Reimer Avenue at the westerly corner
<br />of the Douglas P. Hopkins tract, described in Volume 897, Page 734 of the Deed Records for Hays County, Texas,
<br />same being the most easterly corner hereof;
<br />THENCE, leaving the southwesterly R-O-W line of Reimer Avenue with the common line of the Hopkins tract and
<br />the herein described tract, S 43035'25" E; 211.58 feet to a Yi inch iron rod found in the easterly line of the Ed
<br />Longcope tract, described in Volume 249, Page 956, Deed Records for Hays County, for the most southerly corner
<br />hereof;
<br />THENCE, along the common line of the Longcope tract and the herein described tract N 44029'33" W; 91.13 feet
<br />to a Yi inch iron rod found for the most westerly corner hereof, same being the southerly corner of the Dalton R.

<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake set on the northeast line of the said Carson-Sims 5.083 acre tract and the southwest
<br />line of Reimer Avenue for the north corner of the tract herein described and from which beginning corner the north
<br />corner of the said Carson-Sims 5.083 acre tract and the east corner of Lot No.1, Laurel Estates, a subdivision
<br />recorded in Volume 1, Page 24 of the Hays County Plat Records, bears N 45000' 00" W, 274.00 feet;
<br />THENCE, leaving the southwest line of Reimer A venue and the northeast line of the said Carson-Sims 5.083 acre
<br />tract, S 43035'00" W; 210.25 feet to an iron stake set under fence on the southwest line of the said Carson-Sims
<br />5.083 acre tract and the northeast line of the tract of land conveyed to Charles Fehlis by John Hancock Mutual Life
<br />Insurance company by deed dated June 27, 1939, and recorded in Volume 119, Page 533 of the Hay s County Deed
<br />Records;
<br />THENCE, with fence, the southwest line of the said Carson-Sims 5.083 acre tract and the northeast line of the said
<br />Fehlis tract S 44019' E; 91.00 feet to an iron stake set under fence for the south corner of the tract herein described;
<br />THENCE, leaving fence, the southwest line of the said Carson-Sims 5.083 acre tract and the northeast line of the
<br />said Fehlis tract, N 43036' E; 211.34 feet to an iron stake set on the southwest lime of Reimer Avenue and the
<br />northeast line of said Carson-Sims 5.083 acre tract for the east corner of the tract herein described;
<br />THENCE, with the southwest line of Reimer Avenue and the northeast line of the said Carson-Sims 5.083 acre tract
