<br />BEGINNING at an iron pin set on the southwest line of Reimer A venue, said iron pin bears S 450E, a distance of
<br />183.00 from the east corner of Lot 1, ofLaure\ Estates, a subdivision in Hays County, Texas, according to the map 0
<br />or plat thereof, recorded in Volume 1, Page 24, Plat Records of Hays County, Texas, and is the north corner of the
<br />herein described parcel;
<br />THENCE, S 450 E, along the southwest line of Reimer Avenue, a distance of 91.00 feet to an iron pin, said pin
<br />being the east corner of the herein described parcel;
<br />THENCE, S 43035' W, a distance of 210.25 feet to an iron pin set in an old fence line, said iron pin being the south
<br />corner of the herein described parcel;
<br />THENCE, N 44019' W, along the old fence, a distance of 91.00 feet to an iron pin, said iron pin being the west

<br />corner of the said Caron-Sims 5.083 acre tract and the east corner of Lot No. One (1), Laurel Estates, a subdivision
<br />of record in Volume 1, Page 24 of the Hays County Plat Records, bears N 45000' W, 92.00 feet;
<br />THENCE, leaving the southwest line of Reimer A venue and the northeast line of the said Carson-Sims 5.083 acre
<br />tract, S 43037' W; 208.17 feet to an iron stake set under fence on the southwest line of the said Carson-Sims 5.083

<br />THENCE, leaving Reimer Avenue with the northwest line of said Carson-Sims 5.083 acre tract and the southeast
<br />line of Lot No.1, Laurel Estates, S 43037' W; 207.45 feet to an iron stake found under fence at the south corner of
<br />Lot No.1, Laurel Estates and the west corner of the said Carson-Sims 5.083 acre tract, same being on the northeast
<br />line of that tract of land conveyed to Charles Fehlis by John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance company by deed
