<br />PARCEL THREE: A 1.00 acre tract of real property out of the TJ. Chambers Survey, as recorded in Volume 354, Page
<br />275 of the Hays County Deed Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake found at the mostly easterly northeast corner of that 0.40 acre tract of land conveyed
<br />to Grady Stroud, et aI, by Handler Smith by deed dated October 19, 1978, and recorded in Volume 317, Page 442,
<br />Hays County deed Records, for the south corner of the tract herein described, same being on the projection of the
<br />northwest line of a 50 foot street as shown by the plat of Willow Creek Estates, a subdivision of record in Book 1,
<br />Page 203, Hays County Plat Records, and from which the most northerly corner of said 50 foot street bears S 46041'
<br />W, 40.00 feet;
<br />THENCE, leaving the projection of the said 50 foot street with the northeast line of the said Stroud 0.40 acre tract,
<br />N 44008' W, 343.81 feet, to an iron stake found for the west corner of the tract herein described;
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Stroud 0.40 acre tract, N 8J057' E, at 215.97feet to an iron stake set for the north
<br />corner of the tract herein described;
<br />THENCE, S 44008' E, 201.50 feet to an iron stake set on the aforementioned projection of the northwest line of the
<br />said 50 foot street, for the east corner of the tract herein described;
<br />THENCE, with the said projection of the northwest line of the said 50 foot street, S 46041' W, 160.26 feet to the
<br />PLACE OF BEGINNING.

<br />PARCEL FOUR: A 0.58 acre tract of real property out of the TJ. Chambers Survey, as recorded in Volume 342, Page 675
<br />of the Hays County Deed Records, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake found at the north corner of that 1.00 acre tract ofland conveyed to O.B. Howard by
<br />Handler Smith, et aI, by deed dated December 3, 1979, and recorded in Volume 335, Page 171, Hays County Deed
<br />records, for the west corner of the tract herein described, same being the projection of the southeast line of a 50 foot
<br />street as shown by the plat of Willow Creek Estates, a subdivision of record in Volume 1, Page 203, Hays County
<br />Plat Records, and from which the most easterly corner of the said 50 foot street bears S 46041' W, 200.25 feet;
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Howard 1.00 acre tract, with the projection of the southeast line of the said 50 foot
<br />street, N 46041' E, 117.00 feet, to an iron stake set for the north corner of the tract herein described;
<br />THENCE, leaving the said projection of the southeast line of the said 50 foot street, S 44008' E, 218.58 feet to an
<br />iron stake set under fence on the south line of the said Smith 382.52 acre tract, for the east corner of the
<br />tract herein described;
<br />THENCE, with fence, the south line of the said Smith 382.52 acre tract, S 48023' W, 117.10 feet to an iron stake
<br />found for the south corner of the tract herein described, same being the east corner of the aforementioned Howard
<br />1.00 acre tract;
<br />THENCE, leaving fence, with the northeast line of the said Howard 1.00 acre tract, N 44008' W, 215.10 feet to
<br />the POINT OF BEGINNING.
