Signs. <br /> <br />1.2.7 Download Data and prepare DTM file <br /> <br />1.3 TASK 2 - PRELIMINARYIFINAL PLAN PREPARATION <br /> <br />The Engineer will prepare the following for approximately 1300 LF of sanitary sewer and 300 LF <br />of pavement improvement: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Intake electronic survey data and transfer to Microstation format to be used for plan <br />preparation. <br /> <br />1.3.2 Conduct one site visit with the survey information in hand and field verify all information <br />collected. <br /> <br />1.3.3 Obtain videotapes of the existing wastewater line and view them in conjunction with the <br />video tape logs to become familiar with the location of existing services that will need to be <br />transferred to the new wastewater line. <br /> <br />1.3.4 Conduct utility research by obtaining existing utility information from the City of San Marcos <br />and other utility entities. <br /> <br />1.3.5 Transfer information gathered in items 1.3.2, 1.3.3, and 1.3.4 to the existing survey and <br />prepare plan and profile sheets. <br /> <br />1.3.6 Prepare a traffic control plan for construction activities. <br /> <br />1.3.7 Prepare an erosion and sedimentation control plan for construction activities. <br /> <br />1.3.8 Prepare, one time, an 80% submittal for the City of San Marcos which will consist of a cover <br />sheet, a general notes sheet, plan and profile sheets for the proposed wastewater line along Bishop <br />Street and the extension of Progress Street (to include paving and drainage, water, and wastewater), <br />the necessary number of detail sheets, an erosion and sedimentation control sheet, and a traffic <br />control sheet. <br /> <br />1.3.9 Upon receiving comments from the City of San Marcos, the engineer will address all City <br />comments and complete the preparation of construction plans. <br /> <br />1.3.10 Prepare specifications. <br /> <br />Carter & Burgess2.wpd <br /> <br />,., <br />-' <br />
