M. Stovall Survey No.1, <br />Hays County, Texas, and lying wholly within that 307.12 acre tract conveyed by First Investors <br />Leasing Corporation to Emmett F. McCoy by that deed dated 8 March 1974, filed on 11 March <br />1974, and recorded on 12 March 1976 in the deed records of said county. This 14,400 square <br />foot parcel is shown on a plat of a survey of said parcel by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor, dated 3 <br />September 1982, identified as Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and is <br />described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the west corner of the 14,400 square foot parcel, which is marked with an <br />aluminum capped steel rod monument on the southest line of a fifty foot wide private road, <br />from this west corner an iron pipe marking the east corner of Lot 9 of Valley View West, an <br />unrecorded subdivision, bears N44059'00''W a distance of 50.0 feet, and thence N45001 'OO"E a <br />distance of 760.28 feet.
