13.3 Compensation for Additional Services of the Vendor will be computed based on the <br />Vendor's standard hourly rates: <br />Quality Assurance, Testing, Debugging, Technical Support, <br />Webmaster Services, HTML Programming $105 /hr <br />Consulting, Project Management, Database Design, <br />Dynamic Programming $135 /hr <br />Graphic Design, Training $125/hr <br />Content Migration, Data Input $85 /hr <br />Graphic Production $95 /hr <br />Straight flatbed scanning will be billed at $10 per scan. Touch up work to images will be <br />billed at the Graphic Design hourly rate. The City is responsible for any or all additional <br />fees including, without limitation: photography, stock images, illustration, scanning, <br />software, applications, online promotion, marketing, copy writing, redesign, change <br />orders, mailings, and fees to any third party vendors as applicable. <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has read each of <br />the terms set forth herein, has full power and authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of <br />the party that person represents.
