Administration Tools <br />Provide a VCMS that includes a number of functions that will make it extremely easy for <br />the City's non - technical staff to manage Website content. The most important include: <br />a) Browser -Based Administration that allows for easy management of content by anyone <br />who is familiar with surfing the Internet and using basic word processing programs. <br />There is no need for City staff to know programming when updating content. This <br />feature will allow authorized City staff to update, delete, and create new pages based <br />on a predefined template, and insert them into the Website's navigation. <br />b) Email Address Masking which prevents spammers from getting the email addresses <br />of City employees when crawling the City's site. <br />22 <br />Web Redesign and Content Management System <br />
