1.0.5 The Vendor will perform Services in coordination with the City, and the City's <br />consultants, contractors and other vendors. The Vendor will advise the City of data and <br />information the Vendor needs in order to perform these Services. The Vendor will meet with the <br />City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble any pertinent data and <br />information. The City and the Vendor will meet as needed to evaluate the Vendor's <br />performance. <br />1.0.6 The Vendor will designate a representative who will be assigned to the Project prior to <br />beginning work. The Vendor will not substitute another representative for the Project unless <br />approved in writing by the City in advance of such proposed substitution. In the event the City <br />and the Vendor cannot agree to the substitution of a Project representative, the City may <br />terminate this agreement in accordance with Article 7. <br />1.1 SCOPE OF WORK <br />1.1.1 General Description. The Vendor will perform all Services in accordance with the <br />attached Scope of Work (Attachment A) and the Annual Maintenance Services Plan <br />(Attachment B) and as may be further detailed. Generally, these Services include, but are <br />not limited to: <br />a) Granhic Redesign of Website: A website design that reflects the City, draws people <br />in, and makes it immediately obvious that this is the best place to get information and <br />access resources. <br />b) Intuitive Navigation Svstem: That makes information easy to find with the most <br />important information accessible from the homepage to make it easier for website <br />visitors. <br />c) Vision Content Management Svstem TM ( " VCMS "): The implementation of the <br />VCMS ( "VCMS ") to facilitate management of content to non - technical staff <br />throughout the City. <br />d) Interactive Components and Features: The incorporation of components and features <br />which will make the Website more engaging while improving usability and <br />simplifying content updates for City staff. <br />e) E- Procurement Svstem: An application with tools to manage the bidding process <br />including, tools for supervising vendors, addendums, questions and answers, posting <br />bid opportunities, and accepting online bids. <br />f) Integrated Web 2.0/ Gov 2.0: Features such as RSS feeds, "Bookmark & Share" <br />links, and links to Google maps to enable more immediate, fluid and targeted <br />communications to the City's audiences <br />g) Inteizrated/Linkin2 of Third Partv Components: Existing third party web - enabled <br />applications will be incorporated into the Website through integrated links to these <br />third -party components into the overall website navigation. The Vendor will provide <br />the City with an HTML template for vendors of these third -party components to use. <br />While interfaces to third -party systems are not included within the budget, they are <br />available as an additional service. <br />2 <br />Web Redesign and Content Management System <br />
