h) Desien of Citv Intranet The design of a City Intranet webpage with hosting on City <br />server using VCMS. <br />i) Trainina and Customized Training Manual: A one day onsite training consisting of <br />two sessions; one for City staff representatives on content editor training and the <br />other session for advanced administrator functions, including system configuration, <br />system maintenance, reporting, and strategies for future expansion. The Vendor will <br />also create a custom training manual that incorporates actual screenshots of City's <br />site. <br />j) First year Hosting and Maintenance for Web Site and e- Procurement System on <br />Vision server with automatic annual renewals. <br />k) One Year Warranty on Programming Code <br />1.1.2 Vendor's Personnel /Representation. The Vendor will secure, at its own expense, all <br />personnel required to perform all the Services required under this Agreement. All personnel <br />performing Services and training on behalf for the City will be qualified to conduct such training <br />and possess the requisite skills for the associated tasks. <br />1.1.3 Proiect Schedule. The Vendor will perform its Services and provide deliverables in <br />accordance with the Project schedule included in Attachment A. Estimated completion times are <br />included for convenience. Actual times will vary depending on City interaction and <br />participation. However, the City and the Vendor agree to cooperate with one another in the <br />construction and design of the Website and Intranet in a timely manner. <br />1.1.4 Acceptance of the Proiect. The City will accept the Project 30 calendar days from the <br />date the Vendor has satisfactorily completed the launch stage and the provision of deliverables <br />included in Attachment A unless the City notifies the Vendor within such period of any non - <br />conformities in the VCMS. The City will provide the vendor with written confirmation of <br />acceptance in order to fix the date for warranty only for the Services provided. In the event the <br />City provides the Vendor with a notice of non - conformity, the Vendor will promptly correct any <br />non - conformity so that the Website, the Intranet and the VCMS will meet all specifications of <br />the Project indicated in this Agreement and in the attachments to this Agreement. The Project <br />will be deemed accepted by the City if all non - conformities have been resolved and remain <br />resolved for an additional 30 calendar days from the date of the correction of any non- <br />conformity. Acceptance of the Project by the City will not constitute, nor be deemed a release of <br />the responsibility and liability of Vendor, its employees, associates, agents, subcontractors, and <br />subconsultants for the accuracy and competency of their work; nor will such acceptance be <br />deemed to be an assumption of such responsibility by the City for any defect or other work <br />prepared by the Vendor, its employees, subcontractors, agents, and consultants. <br />1.1.5 Installation Responsibilities. The Vendor will provide for the installation of the VCMS <br />as outlined in Attachment A, Section F, Paragraph 6. The Vendor will notify the City of the <br />actual installation date and the City will, if it agrees, on request, sign the Vendor's cut over or <br />installation certificate.
