This is a third party component so the Approval Cycle <br />functionality is not available. <br />33. Printable Pages <br />Enable website visitors to print out any page on the Website with printable pages. When <br />a webpage is printed, it will be formatted into a printer friendly format to make it easy to <br />read content offline. <br />34. Ouick Links <br />Include a quick links too that will make it easier for website users to find the City <br />Website's most popular pages. City staff may manage a list of quick links in a special <br />drop down menu in the Website header or on the homepage itself, allowing the City to <br />highlight popular pages or featured links on the Website. <br />35. RFP Postings <br />Implement a RFP positing tool where RFPs may be posted along with amendments and <br />updates. Potential vendors can download RFPs in a PDF format. Because RFPs are time <br />sensitive, City staff can schedule when the RFP posting would be live on the Website and <br />when it would be removed, thus ensuring the Website is kept up -to -date with minimal <br />staff time required. Additionally the RFP Postings can be integrated with our e- <br />Notification system to alert users by email. <br />36. Rotating Homenaae Banners <br />Provide rotating homepage banners to mix up the design on the City's site, and ensure <br />that the homepage always looks fresh and inviting. The City may easily change the <br />images at any time, and each rotating image can be set to link to a different page on the <br />site, allowing the City to use the banner area to highlight special features, events and <br />services. <br />37. RSS FeedReader <br />Include the RSS FeedReader which will allows users to syndicate content from the City's <br />Website to their readers such as My Yahoo, iGoogle, My MSN etc., the RSS FeedReader <br />allows the City to syndicate content from other websites into the City's Website. <br />Syndicated content can vary and be selected by the City to include feeds about the overall <br />organization or individual departments, making the Website more comprehensive and up- <br />to -date. <br />33 <br />Web Redesign and Content Management System <br />
