43. Staff Directory <br />Provide a staff directory component which will enable website visitors to locate the <br />correct person to contact in the City. The Staff Directory component will greatly <br />simplify this search. The directory can list all staff persons, departments, even related <br />agencies and partners, along with their contact information and description of their role or <br />area of specialization. Website users can easily filter the list of staff based upon name, <br />department, or other criteria determined to be important to them. Additionally, staff can <br />make their email addresses available to others without exposing their contact information <br />to spammers. This component "masks" email addresses so that email - harvesting <br />software used by spammers cannot automatically extract them from the City's website. <br />44. Updated and Expired Content Reporting <br />Implement the updated and expired content reporting feature to provide website <br />administrators a snapshot of website activities. This tool will make website oversight <br />easier and more efficient. <br />45. vision MobileTM <br />Provide the visionMobileTM tool in order to convert all standard web pages and key <br />components, such as the Calendar, News and Newsletters, Job Postings, and FAQs, to the <br />City's mobile Website. Updates remain simple and easy with dynamic posting to the <br />traditional website and the mobile version. Also, intuitive navigation allows users to go <br />through all page levels with ease. The Vendor will ensure that the City's Website is <br />compatible with all major smart phones including iPhone, Blackberry, Android, <br />Windows Mobile phones and more. <br />46. Weather Update <br />Include a weather update component which will offer the local weather on the City's <br />Website so that online users will develop the habit of regularly visiting it and thus <br />become more familiar with the City. The Vendor will implement NOAA or Yahoo <br />weather at no charge. <br />47. Workspace <br />In order to help manage the content publishing process, include a workspace feature that <br />will provides a central location for website administrators to review pending content <br />changes for the City's Website before they are published.
