<br />in Volume 481, Page 324, Hays County Deed Records, the Southwest corner of
<br />the tract called 1.02 acres conveyed to Jimmy Mitchell, et ai, by Johnnie Joe

<br />2, Page 230, Hays County Plat Records, at 400.21 feet passing the record
