(3) S 300 59' 14" W, 43.85 feet to an iron stake found at the most Westerly right-of-way corner of Cloverleaf Street and the North corner of Lot 1, Block 6, Village One at Mockingbird Hill, Section 1; (4) S 280 49' 15" W, 252.88 to an iron stake found for an angle point in the Northwest line of Lot 4, Block 6, Village One at Mockingbird Hill Section 1, the East corner of that tract called 6.54 acres conveyed by Adventist Health System/Sunbelt, Inc. to Joint Venture Med 6 by deed dated October 8, 1984 as recorded in Volume 474, Page 737 of the Real Property Records of Hays County, Texas and the South corner of the 44.41 acre Joint Venture EPN 45 tract and the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving Village One at Mockingbird Hills Section 1, with the common line of the Joint Venture Med 6 tract and the 44.41 acre Joint Venture EPN 45 tract N 640 02' 00" W, 270.34 feet to the Southwest corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said Joint Venture Med 6 tract, the following courses numbered (5) through (7); (5) N 280 49' 15" E, 315.91 feet; (6) N 3r 06' 53" E, 362.33 feet; (7) N 040 59' 18" E, 505.41 feet to the South line of Lot 1 B of the Resubdivision of Lot 1, Parker Addition as recorded in Book 7, Page 358, Hays County Plat Records; THENCE, with the South line of the said Lot 1 B, the following courses numbered (8) and (9); (8) 12.42 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 832.23 feet and a chord which bears S 840 40' 52" E, 12.47 feet; (9) S 840 53' 03" E, 450.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 10.95 acres of land.
