DATED APRIL 24, 2002 .~ RECORDED IN VOLUME 1991, PAGE 60 OF THE HAYS COUNTY OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS AND BEING MORE P~~TICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES ~~ BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at a ~' iron pipe found in concrete in the northwest line of Prospect Street (not open) as shown on the plat of Cedar Plateau Addition as recorded in Volume 56, Page 349 the Hays County Deed Records for the east corner of the Randall Morris and Co., Ltd. 1.40 acre tract and south corner of that tract described as 29,979 square feet in a deed from Thomas J. Williamson to Walter L. Grier and Nancy K. Grier dated August 14, 1967 and recorded in Volume 219, Page 180 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE leaving the Grier 29,979 square foot tract and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 24424-02-7-c dated June 2, 2002 as prepared for Randall Morris by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas, with the common southeast line of the Randall Morris & Co., Ltd. 1.40 acre tract and northwest line of Prospect Street, S 410 53' 52' W 189.53 feet to a ~' iron pipe found at the west corner of the intersection of Prospect Street and Dixon Place Street (not open) for the west corner of Cedar Plateau Addition and an interior corner in the southeast line of the Randall Morris & Co., Ltd. 1.40 acre tract; THENCE leaving Prospect Street with the southwest line of Dixon Place, S 440 28' 49' E 11.66 feet to a ~' iron pipe found at the corner of the fence remains for an exterior corner in the southeast line of the Randall Morris & Co., Ltd. 1.40 acre tract and an exterior corner in the northeast line of the Randall Morrls & Co., Ltd. 19.04 acre tract; THENCE leaving the Randall Morris & Co., Ltd. 1.40 acre tract with the common northeast line of the Randall Morris & Co., Ltd. 19.04 acre tract and southwest end of Prospect Street and Dixon Place, a roadway sho~n on the plat of Cedar Plateau, as fenced ~~d used, the following two courses: 1. S 420 08' 06' E 234.52 feet to a 2" cedar post for an angle point, and 2. S 450 16' 20" E 152.70 feet to a ~. iron pipe found for the south corner of Dixon Place and the west corner of that tract described as 1.57 acres in a deed from Led Ezell et al to T.T.
