J. H. Combs Second Addition, S 450 13' 43' E 103.30 feet to a ~' iron rod found with a plastic cap stamped "Byrn Survey' for the east corner of this tract; THENCE leaving Lot 1, J.H. Combs Second Addition, with the southeast line of the Randall Morris & Co., Ltd. 19.04 acre tract, S 450 00' 00' W 365.04 feet to a ~. iron rod found with a plastic cap stamped 'Byrn Survey' in the northeast line of a 2.99 acre remaining portion of that tract described as "Tract 1 - 50 acres' in a deed from Josefa Lucio Garcia et al to Monica Lucio et al dated October 10, 1978 and recorded in Volume 317, Page 390 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE with the common southwest and southeast line of the Randall Morris & Co., Ltd. 19.04 acre tract and northeast and northwest line of the Lucio 2.99 acre remaining tract, the following two courses: 1. S 440 20' 18' W 202.84 feet to a %' iron pipe found for the north corner of that 14,932 square foot tract described in a deed from Arturo Reyes et ux to Antonio Martinez, Jr. et ux dated February 7, 1977 and recorded in Volume 292, Page 875 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE with the common southeast line of the Randall Morris ~ Co., Ltd. 19.04 acre tract and northwest line of the Martinez tract, S 530 47' 46' W 88.36 feet to a %' iron pipe found for the west corner of the Martinez tract, and being the north corner of that 3.66 acre tract described in a deed from Mrs. Georgia Clayton to Shirley Tuttle et ux dated April 22, 1969 and recorded in Volume 177, Page 267 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE leaving the Martinez 14,932 square foot tract with the common southeast line of the Randall Morris & Co., Ltd. 19.04 acre tract and the north line of the Tuttle 3.66 acre tract, the follow~ng three courses: 1.
