S 300 14' 14' W 42.32 feet to a 20" Live Oak tree found for the south corner of the Tuttle 0.052 acre tract and the north corner of that tract described as 0.061 acres in the previously mentioned deed from Morris to Tuttle; THENCE leaving the Tuttle 0.052 acre tract with the northwest line of the Tuttle 0.061 acre tract, the following three courses: 1.
