Williamson'S Third Addition as recorded in Volume 4, Page 83 of the Hays County Plat Records and in the northwest line of the aforereferenced Buie "'h of Carson Street" tract; THENCE leaving Jackson Street crossing a portion of the Buie "'/, of Carson Street" tract with the southwest line of Caffey'S Rearrangement being partially with the northeast line of the Buie 0.42 acre tract, S 420 17' 48" E 132.45 feet to a 'h' iron rod set for the south corner of Lot A of Caffey's Rearrangement, pass at 22.40 feet an iron rod found with aluminum cap stamped "Charles R. Swart" for the southeast corner of the 20 foot strip, the south corner of Lot C, and the west corner of Lot B, of Caffey's Rearrangement, and pass at 41.98 feet a W' iron rod set for the northeast corner of the Buie 0.42 acre tract; THENCE N 430 09' 19" E 9.86 feet to a 7" iron rod set in the southeast line of Lot A, Caffey's Rearrangement in the northeast line of the Buie "'h of Carson Street" tract and in the southwest line of that tract described as "'h the width of Carson Street" in a deed from the City of San Marcos to Reuben H. Meeks et ux dated March 12, 1984 and recorded in Volume 563, Page 689 of the Hays County Real Property Records; THENCE leaving Caffey'S Rearrangement with the common northeast line of the Buie "1/2 of Carson Street" tract, S 420 22' 18" E 171-~ feet to a 'h" iron rod set in the northwest line of the aforereferenced Franklin Street and Westover Addition for the east corner of this tract; THENCE leaving the Meeks "% of Carson Street" tract with the common southeast line of the Buie "% of Carson Street" tract and northwest line of Franklin Street, S 440 33' 04" W 10.02 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 1.20 acres, more or less, of land area as prepared from public records and a survey made on the ground on July 10, 2002 by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas.
