DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION

If you have any concerns regarding our legal services or our charges, we will make every effort to
reach a fair and equitable resolution. In the rare event that you and we cannot resolve your concerns,
we encourage selection of an informal mediator. Should that not resolve the matter, any dispute
between you and the firm that cannot be resolved by mutual discussion or voluntary mediation will
be resolved by binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the
American Arbitration Association. The award will be in writing and accompanied by written
findings and conclusions. The reasonable cost and expenses of arbitration may be included as part of
the award to be allocated by the arbitration. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators
pursuant to such rules may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrators'
decision shall be final, binding and non-appealable.

The State Bar of Texas investif!ates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by Texas
attorneys. AltIwuf!h not every complaint af!ainst or dispute with a lawyer involves professional
misconduct, the State Bar Office of General Counsel will provide you with information about how
to file a complaint. For more information, please call 1-800-932-1900. This is a toll-free
telep/wne call.

CONCLUSION

The firm's foremost objective is to provide quality legal services.
