Johnson Estate by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, <br />TeKos, N 40" 00 I 02" W 14.37 feet to a calculated point in the <br />approximate centerline of the roadway for the north corner of this <br />tract; <br /> <br />THENCE with soid approximate centerline of roadway the following <br />two courses: <br /> <br />1.
