Briggs and Helmer H. Hageman dated July 19, 1983 and recorded in volume 398, Page 394 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE leaving the Norris 15.00 acre tract, the Rausch 16'.00 acre tract and El Camino Way Drive and continuing with the common northwest line of the Johnson 376.26 acre tract and southwest and southeast line of the nriggs and Hageman 147.54 acre tract, the following three courses: 1. N 250 55' 58" E 16.92 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for an exterior corner in the northwest line of the Johnson 316.26 acre tract and an interior corner in the southwest line of the Briggs and Hageman 147.54' acre tract, 2. S 410 38' 50" E 79.31 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for an interior corner in the northwest line of the Johnson 376.26 acre tract and for the south corner of the Briggs.and Hageman 146.54 acre tract, and 3. with fence, N 49" 44' 21" E: 2598.31 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set in the west line of State Highway No. 123 for the northeast corner of this tract and southerly southeast corner of the Briggs and Hageman 147:54 acre tract, from which a TXDOT concrete monument found bears N 050 10 I 00" E 307.50 feeti THENCE leaving the Briggs and Hageman 147.54 acre tract crossing the Johnson 376.26 acre tract with the west line of State Highway No. 123, S 05. 10' 00" W (being the Bearing Basis for this description) 3152.49 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 85.44 acres, more or less, of land area as prepared from public records and a survey made on the ground on November 15, 1996 by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas.
