A-60, HAYS <br />COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A 30 FOOT WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />EASEMENT, BEING THE 60 FOOT WIDE RIGHT OF WAY OF <br />OLD BASTROP ROAD, SAID 0.04 ACRE TRACT BEING MORE <br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BEGINNING on a point in the east right-of-way of State Highway 123, said point <br />being the northwest corner ofa called 225.25 acre tract conveyed to Glenn Pape in Volume 881, <br />Page 692, Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas, in the southeast right of way of Old <br />Bastrop Road, and being also the POINT OF BEGINNING; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the said 225.25 acre tract with the east line of State Highway <br />123, the west line of the herein described tract, and crossing the Old Bastrop Road, <br />N 05001 '13"E a distance of 58.76 feet to a point, said point being the southwest corner of a <br />called 133.371 acre tract conveyed to Wilford Henk, in Volume 1463, Page 814, Official Public <br />Records of Hays County, Texas, said point being in the northwest right-of-way of Old Bastrop <br />Road, and being the northwest corner of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the right-of-way line of State Highway 123, with the northwest <br />line of the Old Bastrop Road and the southeast line of said 133.371 acre tract and the north line <br />of the herein described tract N 63019'54" E for a distance of 35.26 feet to a point for the <br />northeast corner of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the said 133.371 acre tract and crossing Old Bastrop Road <br />with the east line of the herein described tract with and 30 foot parallel to the east line of State <br />Highway 123, S 05001'13"E for a distance of 58.75 feet to a point for the southeast corner of <br />the herein described tract and the southeast line of Old Bastrop Road; <br /> <br />THENCE with the southeast line of Old Bastrop Road, the northwest line of the <br />said 225.25 acre tract, and the south line of the herein described tract, S 63019'24" W for a <br />distance of 32.26 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and containing 0.04 acres ofland. <br /> <br />This description is based on information shown in documents recorded in Hays County, <br />Texas. This description is not the result of an on-the-ground survey.
