<br />· Regulatory traffic restrictions database in MS Access format; <br />· Street lengths and widths database in GeoMedia and Alpha Database formats; <br />· Utility data, including water connections and electric connections; <br />· Sector plan map in Microstation format; <br />· San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan; <br />· San Marcos Thoroughfare Plan; and, other previous studies relevant to the Project. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate Sabas Avila, Assistant Director of Environment and Engineering, as the <br />City's Project Manager and authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with <br />respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted <br />by the Consultant and promptly render responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a <br />decision by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter <br />public and private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />2.4 Be responsible for posting all advertisements in appropriate newspapers/publications <br />and copying, distributing and/or mailing all mailouts. The City of San Marcos will also be <br />responsible for securing the meeting location and making arrangements for appropriate <br />accommodations, including sound equipment and refreshments, if desired. <br /> <br />2.5 The City of San Marcos will be responsible for providing any links or connections from <br />the City's website to the project website. <br /> <br />2.6 Bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br />3.1 Reimbursable expenses, including such things as expenses for plotting, <br />reproduction of documents, auto travel mileage, delivery charges, long distance <br />communications, and freight are included in the Consultant's basic services compensation. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />PAYMENTS TO THE CONSULTANT <br /> <br />4.1 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF BASIC SERVICES <br /> <br />4.1.1 Payments for Basic Services will be made to Consultant monthly following receipt <br />by City of Consultant's invoice and payment requisition. The amounts of these invoices <br />will be based upon the extent of work completed by the Consultant on an hourly basis <br />within each phase of services, in accordance with Article 12 of this Agreement, less any <br />disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof. <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION MASTERPLAN K <br />
