<br />functional classification within the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />1.7.3 - Deliverables (hard copy and electronic formats). Submit draft versions of the <br />technical memorandum and the draft Updated Roadway Design and Access Manual <br />electronically in MS Word and pdf format for review by the City and the T AC. Following <br />receipt of review comments, the Consultant will submit 15 copies of the technical <br />memorandum and 15 copies of the Updated Roadway Design and Access Manual to the <br />City for distribution. In addition, the Consultant will submit electronic files in both pdf and <br />Word format to the City. <br /> <br />1.8 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />1.8.1 The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the <br />Basic Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.7 above. The Engineer will submit a <br />written estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any <br />additional services <br /> <br />1.8.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by <br />Consultant must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form <br />attached to this Agreement as Attachment B. Compensation for additional services will be <br />in addition to that specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 4.2 of this <br />Agreement. The approval of the City's governing body is necessary for all additional <br />services the compensation for which exceeds $15,000. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to and furnish the Consultant with copies of documents, data <br />and information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's <br />request, including the information specified in the City's Request for Proposals regarding <br />the City's requirements for the Consultant's services under this Agreement including the <br />following data items: <br /> <br />· CAMPO Transportation Modeling Network for Hays County; <br />· Population and employment projections for base, five, ten, and twenty-five year <br />horizons. The City of San Marcos will provide the data by T AZ and refine the data to <br />correspond to the refined T AZs developed by WSA; <br />· 2000 Census population data from the US Census Bureau; <br />· Base map in Microstation and GeoMedia formats, including street centerlines, edge of <br />pavement, addresses, street names, land use, zoning, property lines, and building <br />structures; <br />· Traffic volume data, including 24-hour traffic volume counts for 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, <br />and 2002 in Microstation or Hi-Star database formats; <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION MASTERPLAN K <br />
