<br />contractors, and subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish the <br />Consultant's responsibility for the materials. <br /> <br />1.1.6 Perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Consultant will advise <br />the City of data and information the Consultant needs to perform its services, and the <br />Consultant will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble <br />this data and information. <br /> <br />1.1.7 Design a systematic work program to develop an effective and successful City of <br />San Marcos Transportation Master Plan. The scope of work consists of six task areas that <br />address: <br /> <br />1. Project Administration; <br />2. Meetings and Presentations; <br />3. Data Collection and Existing Conditions Evaluation; <br />4. Travel Demand Model Development, Calibration and Corridor Analysis; <br />5. Transportation Master Plan Document Development; and, <br />6. Transportation Design Policy Recommendations and Manual Update. <br /> <br />A project schedule illustrating a timeline of task duration and estimated submittal dates of <br />project deliverables and project meetings is also included as Attachment A. This scope <br />of work is directed at addressing the issues and utilizes all of the previous work that has <br />been completed for the San Marcos Transportation Plan. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Project Team. Designate Robert B. Babineaux, P.E., Robert H. Hamm, P.E. and <br />Thomas A. Williams as its employees responsible for the principal features of the TMP. <br />The Consultant agrees to obtain the prior approval of the City for any change in these <br />designated personnel. <br /> <br />1.2.2 - Proqress Reports. Prepare monthly progress reports identifying activities <br />performed during the subject month. The Consultant will also submit interim technical <br />memoranda at key points throughout the project for review and approval by the City, as <br />discussed in later sections. The Consultant will provide the City with monthly project status <br />reports, minutes of all meetings, and interim project status emails and phone calls with the <br />City's Project Manager. Monthly progress reports will include a list of items completed <br />during the month, a list of outstanding issues to be resolved, and a list of items to be <br />completed in the following month. The Consultant will coordinate project issues with City <br />staff as often as needed by either telephone or email. <br /> <br />1.2.3 - Project Manaqement Plan.
