The PMP <br />will identify dates for key project milestones, meetings, project deliverables, scope of <br />services, key contacts, and list of data needs. The Consultant will provide the PMP in a <br />three ring binder format as used and updated by committee members and consultant team <br />staff throughout the Project. <br /> <br />1.2.4 - Invoices/Pavment Requisitions. Prepare and submit monthly invoices in the format <br />prescribed by the City. Payment requisitions will include an updated project schedule and <br />the City's payment application form. <br /> <br />1.2.5 - Deliverables (hardcopv and electronic format). Deliver monthly progress reports and <br />invoices; issues list; project schedule with updates and interim technical memorandums. <br /> <br />1.3 TASK 2 - MEETINGS AND PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 - Project Meetinqs with Technical Advisory Committee. Establish a Technical <br />Advisory Committee ("TAC") to include representatives from the City, the Texas <br />Department of Transportation ("TxDOT"), Carts Around Town ("CATS"), Southwest Texas <br />State University ("SWTSU"), San Marcos Independent School District ("SMCISD"), Railroad <br />Companies, Hays County, and other key stakeholders selected by the City. The Consultant <br />will conduct four Project meetings with the T AC to include a project kick-off work session <br />after the execution of this Agreement, and three committee meetings at key milestones <br />during the Project. The kick-off work session will provide a basis for establishing <br />appropriate goals and objectives for the Project to include: clarifying the limits and area <br />of study; identifying goals, strategies, and objectives; and, identifying and defining <br />problems and issues affecting transportation in the region. <br /> <br />1.3.2 - Project Meetinqs with Stakeholder Committee. Establish a Stakeholder Committee <br />("SHC") to include representatives from the T AC and various City stakeholders, as <br />identified by the City. The Consultant will conduct four Project meetings with the SHC. All <br />SHC meetings will occur on the same day as the T AC meetings to reduce travel costs and <br />will include as topics similar issues as the T AC meetings. Members of the SHC will also <br />be requested to attend all three rounds of public meetings and take an active role in <br />facilitating the second round of public meetings. <br /> <br />1.3.3 - Public Meetinqs. Conduct three rounds of public meetings throughout the course <br />of the study to inform the public on the scope of the Project and preliminary transportation <br />plan. The first round of public meetings will consist of one meeting at a location arranged <br />by the City in open house format, with the Consultant making a presentation regarding the <br />study purpose and objectives. The second round of public meetings will consist of three <br />focus group meetings held in separate locations arranged by the City to allow citizens to <br />participate in the plan process, identify alternative transportation improvements, and <br />provide comments regarding transportation improvement impacts.
