<br />meetings will be facilitated by SHC members, the Consultants, and City staff. The third <br />round of public meetings will consist of one meeting at a location arranged by the City in <br />open house format, with the Consultant making a presentation regarding the <br />recommended transportation plan and soliciting comments from the public. The <br />Consultant will develop advertisements, mailouts, and handouts for all three rounds of <br />public meetings, as well as the meeting presentation materials <br /> <br />1.3.4 - Project Meetinqs. In addition to the four TAC meetings, the Consultant will meet <br />with City staff three times during key milestones to discuss project issues or prepare for <br />public meetings or presentations. These meetings will include only City staff. <br /> <br />1.3.5 - Other Meetinqs and Presentations. Attend up to three additional meetings with <br />other groups and organizations at the request of the City. These meetings could include <br />presentations to the City Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Transportation <br />Advisory Board, the Main Street Advisory Board, the Parks and Recreation Board, the <br />Neighborhood Associations, Downtown Business Groups, and/or other local citizen groups. <br /> <br />1.3.6 - Project Website. Develop a project website to provide up to date project information, <br />including all text, photos, and other pertinent information (i.e. meeting minutes, meeting <br />announcements, etc.). The Consultant will host the website on its existing corporate website <br />server. <br /> <br />1.3.7 - Deliverables (electronic format). Submit summaries of meetings, including minutes, <br />comments taken, and other data that document the communication process during the <br />development of the TMP in electronic pdf and MS Word format. Meeting exhibits, meeting <br />presentations, and web page files will also be provided to the City in electronic format. <br /> <br />1.4 TASK 3 - DATA COLLECTION AND EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> <br />This task involves the identification and inventory of existing data and the collection of <br />additional data needed for the completion of the study. The Consultant will focus its data <br />collection efforts to address the needs of the TMP. Transferable data will also be used <br />from other areas of Texas as appropriate. <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.4.1 - Available Data. Available data will be provided by the City in accordance with <br />Article 2 . <br /> <br />1.4.2 - Traffic Counts. Compile all available traffic counts into a database and analyze <br />further data collection needs for the City. The Consultant understands that the City has <br />an extensive database of traffic data already collected for use in the study. After <br />compilation, the Consultant will review the data and recommend other supplementary data <br />for collection. The City will conduct additional 24-hour mechanical traffic volume counts <br />if needed by the Consultant.
