<br />acceptance of written materials prepared by Consultant and/or its subconsultants, contractors, and <br />subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish Consultant's responsibility for <br />the materials. <br /> <br />1.1.6 Consultant will perform its services in coordination with the City. The Consultant will <br />advise the City of data and information the Consultant needs to perform its services, and the <br />Consultant will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - PRELIMINARY DESIGN <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Provide an existing topography survey of the proposed limits of construction with contours <br />shown at one-foot intervals. Consultant will locate and identify all existing trees of 6 inch caliper <br />or larger in diameter. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Provide cross-sections at approximately fifty-foot intervals, including grade breaks, at the <br />following points: street centerline, edge of pavement, gutter flowline, top of curb or pavement edge, <br />right-of-way line and 25 feet outside the right-of-way line. The survey corridor will be <br />approximately 50 feet in width. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Locate centerline and edges of all driveways; provide elevation at gutter extension, at <br />centerline drive and approximate right-of-way plus 25 feet. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Provide elevations along side street centerlines every 10 feet from the edge of the Project <br />street (projection of gutter) for fifty feet. <br /> <br />1.2.5 Locate visible wastewater manholes and cleanouts, and give top and flowline elevations if <br />accessible. <br /> <br />1.2.6 Locate visible storm sewer piping, manholes and inlets, and provide top and flowline <br />elevations if accessible. <br /> <br />1.2.7 Locate City's delineation on pavement/ground surface for utility alignments. <br /> <br />1.2.8 Locate visible water valves, meters, manholes, fire hydrants, and sprinkler systems and <br />provide elevation of valve nut on water valve and/or top of water valve if accessible. <br /> <br />1.2.9 Locate visible gas valves, electric/traffic pullboxes, electric telephone manholes, and utility <br />poles and guys, and other visible surface and overhead evidence of utilities. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />NEIGHB0R2002 <br />
