0 20. Hold discussion and receive presentation from Staff on San Marcos demographics <br />and multifamily housing trends. <br />Laurie Moyer, Assistant City Manager, provided the City Council with a presentation <br />showing the City's demographics and current housing trends. This presentation will be <br />presented at a later date during the quarterly SMCISD School Board /City Council <br />Workshop. <br />21. Hold discussion and receive a Staff presentation on the Citv's Wavfindine Proiect. <br />Sabas Avila, Assistant Director of Public Services — Transportation, provided Council with <br />a presentation on the wayfinding program which allows municipalities to install guide signs <br />to local attractions on TxDOT roadways. Following discussion, Council directed staff to <br />provide them with some more aesthetically pleasing options and to keep design consistent <br />with branding standards. <br />22. Ouestion and Answer Session with Press and Public. This is an opportunity for the <br />Press and Public to ask questions related to items on this azenda. <br />Rob Roark, 1808 Hunter Rd., Would like to see what the ratio of full time vs part time <br />workers is for 2010. The following questions were directed to Council Members Jones and <br />Porterfield as University employees: What is the graduation rate? What is the graduation rate <br />of those 20 -24? — These questions were not answered from the dais. <br />• <br />23.
