Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:31 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Receive the Ouarterlv Financial and Investment Report for the auarter endin March <br />31.2011. <br />Steve Parker, Director of Finance, provided the City Council with the Quarterly Financial and <br />Investment reports for the quarter ending March 31, 2011. <br />4.Receive Functional Analvsis Presentation from Texas Aviation Partners re eardin2 the <br />San Marcos Municipal Airport. <br />• <br />
