<br />way interfere or diminish the City's use, possession and enjoyment of the software. <br /> <br />1.1.7 All training to be provided by the Consultant to the City in the use of software <br />provided by the Consultant under this agreement will be sufficient to enable the City's staff <br />to fully use the software for the City's intended purposes. <br /> <br />1.1.8 Any provisions in this Agreement pertaining to the City's review, approval and/or <br />acceptance of written materials prepared by Consultant in connection with this Agreement <br />will not diminish Consultant's responsibility for the materials. <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.1.9 Designate Donald Anderson is the single contact person assigned to coordinate the <br />Consultant's performance of obligations underthisAgreement. Daniel Tepovich and Karen <br />Lockhart will assist as necessary. Any changes to this designation must be made by the <br />Consultant in writing to the City. <br /> <br />1.1.10 Not subcontract any work under this Agreement without prior written approval from <br />the City. Any work or services subcontracted under this Agreement will be specified by <br />separate written Agreement and will be subject to each provision of this Agreement. <br /> <br />1.1.11 Perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Consultant will advise <br />the City of data and information the Consultant needs to perform its services, and the <br />Consultant will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble <br />this data and information. <br /> <br />1.2 PHASE 1A - DATABASE MAPPING/DESIGN WORKSHOP <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Conduct a design workshop at a City to identify the following: <br /> <br />a. The contents of the City's GIS; <br />b. The current GIS maintenance procedures; <br />c. The current (if existing) or desired state of the MAXIMO database: i.e. <br />equipment hierarchies, equipment types, equipment attributes, equipment <br />specification attributes. etc. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Map GIS features/attributes to corresponding MAXIMO equipment types/attributes. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Upon completion of 1.2.2 and 1.2.3, develop the site-specific MAXIMO database <br />design and GIS data mapping requirements. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Deliver to the City a detailed database/design/mapping document that outlines the <br />required equipment hierarchies, locations hierarchies, and the MGE feature/attributes to <br /> <br />2 <br />
