MAXIMO equipment/attributes data mapping requirements. 1.3 PHASE 1B - SITE SPECIFIC DATA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS The Consultant will: 1.3.1 Ensure that the implementation of the MAXIMO MapEngine is supported by the tasks outlined in the data mapping, data loading and data maintenance sections and that these tasks provide a site-specific data foundation upon which the Map Engine will operate. 1.3.2 Ensurethatthe MapEngine application will provide the following overall functionality: a. Ability to graphically display work orders from MAXIMO b. Ability to display work order information in MAXIMO from selected items on the map. c. Ability to open/an/or create work orders from a GIS map interface d. Ability to print a map: 1) to the clipboard, 2) to the printer, and 3)scaled map to the printer. e. Ability to drill down to an item(s) on the map through queries (equipment id, location, address, maintenance district, area selected on an overview map I etc. f. Ability to view work order history one or more selected map features (the MapEngine also supports use of the MAXIMO work order history flag within the MapEngine application). 1.3.3 Extend the MapEngine to provide site specific user interface and business process functionality up to and including five user defined queries. 1.3.4 Document the site specific requirements for integrating CMMS/GIS after completing the data mapping and design phase. Each requirement will be documented with respect to being part of the base MapEngine functionality or requiring a customization effort. 1.4 PHASE 2 - DATA LOADING/DATA MAINTENANCE OVERVIEW The Consultant will: 1.4.1 Load the MAXIMO Asset Catalog with features/attributes that originate in the GIS. 1.4.2 Add the spatial component to the MAXIMO data mart/database that is used by the MAXIMO MapEngine. 1.4.3 Identify a pilot area in concert with the City which will be used to validate all data loading procedures and processes and to test the MapEngine application. 3
