<br />MAXIMO equipment/attributes data mapping requirements. <br /> <br />1.3 PHASE 1B - SITE SPECIFIC DATA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Ensure that the implementation of the MAXIMO MapEngine is supported by the <br />tasks outlined in the data mapping, data loading and data maintenance sections and that <br />these tasks provide a site-specific data foundation upon which the Map Engine will operate. <br /> <br />1.3.2 Ensurethatthe MapEngine application will provide the following overall functionality: <br /> <br />a. Ability to graphically display work orders from MAXIMO <br />b. Ability to display work order information in MAXIMO from selected items on <br />the map. <br />c. Ability to open/an/or create work orders from a GIS map interface <br />d. Ability to print a map: 1) to the clipboard, 2) to the printer, and 3)scaled map <br />to the printer. <br />e. Ability to drill down to an item(s) on the map through queries (equipment id, <br />location, address, maintenance district, area selected on an overview map I <br />etc. <br />f. Ability to view work order history one or more selected map features (the <br />MapEngine also supports use of the MAXIMO work order history flag within <br />the MapEngine application). <br /> <br />1.3.3 Extend the MapEngine to provide site specific user interface and business process <br />functionality up to and including five user defined queries. <br /> <br />1.3.4 Document the site specific requirements for integrating CMMS/GIS after completing <br />the data mapping and design phase. Each requirement will be documented with respect <br />to being part of the base MapEngine functionality or requiring a customization effort. <br /> <br />1.4 PHASE 2 - DATA LOADING/DATA MAINTENANCE OVERVIEW <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.4.1 Load the MAXIMO Asset Catalog with features/attributes that originate in the GIS. <br /> <br />1.4.2 Add the spatial component to the MAXIMO data mart/database that is used by the <br />MAXIMO MapEngine. <br /> <br />1.4.3 Identify a pilot area in concert with the City which will be used to validate all data <br />loading procedures and processes and to test the MapEngine application. <br /> <br />3 <br />
