The City Council has committed to funding the 25% <br />match requirect for the MORE 2001 Grant. <br /> <br />2. The City of San Ma~cos will retain and maintain the AFISj <br />Tenprint technology for at least one budget cycle beyond <br />the conclusion of the Federal funding period. <br /> <br />3. The City of San Marcos is wholly committed to retaining the <br />community policing programs and officers that are already <br />funded and in place. The extension of these programs will <br />continue post MORE 2001 with monies from the City's general <br />fund. <br /> <br />4.
