MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Jones and a second by Council Member Terry the City Council voted (7) for and (0) opposed, to approve Ordinance 2011 -38 with amendments, as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously. 20.7:OOPM Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or ag ainst Resolution 2011 -96R approving a first amendment of development agreement between the City of San Marcos, Texas and Carma Paso Robles, LLC to provide for the elimination of the western arterial roadway and the southeastern residential collector street from the proposed Paso Robles Development; and declaring an effective date: and consider adoption of Resolution 2011 -96R.
