There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 7:14 p.m. MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Thomason and a second by Council Member Scott the City Council voted (6) for and (0) opposed, Council Member Jones abstained (an affidavit for business were filed with the City Clerk's Office -see attached), to approve Ordinance 2011 -37, as previously captioned. The motion carried. 18.7:OOPM Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or ag ainst Ordinance 2011 -38 amending the Official Zoning Map of the Citv by rezoning 142.6 acres, more or less, of land comprised of the Blanco Vista Subdivision, Phases 1 and 2. Sections 1 and 2 and Infrastructure Improvements, Blanco Vista Subdivision. Tract 1. Section A and School Tract, Blanco Vista Subdivision Tract C. Section A and Trail Ridge Pass Church Subdivision located at the northeast corner of Trail Ridge Pass and Jacob Lane., the southwest corner of Trail Ridge Pass and Blanco Vista Boulevard and extending south to include Phase 2 of the Blanco Vista Subdivision, and located at the intersection of Blanco Vista Boulevard and Old Settlers Drive to include Phase 1 of the Blanco Vista Subdivision from "MU" Mixed Use District to "PDD" Planned Development District with base zoning of "MU" Mixed Use District; approving Planned Development District standards for the Blanco Vista Subdivision PDD (City initiated); including procedural provisions; and providin for penalties; and consider adoption of Ordinance 2011 -38 on the first of two readings. The motion carried. 19.7:OOPM Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or ag ainst Ordinance 2011 -39 amending the Land Use Plan and Development Standards for the Paso Robles PDD previously approved by Ordinance No. 2010 -59 to reflect the removal of the north south arterial roadwav located along the western boundary of the proiect site (the western arterial) and the collector from the southeast corner of the proiect site from the proposed thoroughfare network described therein; providing a savings clause; providing for the repeal of anv conflicting provisions: and providing an effective date; and consider approval of Ordinance 2011 -39. Following a brief staff presentation Mayor Guerrero opened the Public Hearing at approximately 7:20 p.m. There being no comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 7:21 p.m.
