<br />Land use plan means the generalized plan for a PDD that is required under this article. <br /> <br />P DD means planned development district. <br /> <br />Planning director means the director of the city planning and development services department. <br /> <br />Site plan means a detailed plan for a PDD showing the roads, parking, footprints of all buildings, <br />existing trees, proposed landscaping, parkland, open space, grading and drainage, and similar <br />features needed to verifY compliance with the approved land use plan and development standards <br />for the PDD. <br /> <br />Sec. 94.218 - 94.225. Reserved. <br /> <br />DIVISION 2. PROCEDURES <br /> <br />Section 94.226. Application. <br /> <br />(a) Preapplication meeting. Prior to filing a PDD application, the applicant must confer with the <br />planning director and other city staff deemed appropriate by the planning director. The purpose of <br />this meeting is to discuss the development proposal, the applicable development review procedures, <br />and public participation guidelines. <br /> <br />During the preapplication meeting, the director will: <br /> <br />(1) Review the commission's adopted public participation guidelines with the applicant. <br /> <br />(2) Assess the scope of the applicant's project and assist the applicant in determining an <br />appropriate level of public involvement for the project. <br /> <br />(3) Offer assistance to the applicant in providing the names and addresses of parties the <br />applicant may wish to contact to initiate public involvement in the project, including neighboring <br />property owners and representatives of neighborhood associations in the area of the project. <br /> <br />(b) P DD submittal; fees. The applicant must submit a completed PDD application form, along <br />with all required supporting information and applicable fees, to the director of planning. Fees for <br />review ofPDD applications are set by the council. An application will not be processed until the <br />planning director determines that it is complete as to form and content, and all fees have been paid. <br />The planning director will return any application that is incomplete, or for which processing fees <br />have not been paid, to the applicant with a written explanation ofthe deficiencies. <br /> <br />(c) Contents of application. The following information must be included in a PDD submittal: <br /> <br />(1) A completed application form. Application forms will be provided by the planning <br />director, and will include, at a minimum, the following information: <br /> <br />(A) Name and contact information for the owner of the property. <br />3 <br />
